From October 31st to November 3rd, a direct mission was carried out in South Africa within the framework of the wellianceHOSPITALITY project. The delegation was made up of 5 European clusters and 12 participants, of which 3 companies are CWP partners: Keiken Engineering, UNEX and Bluephage. Among the activities carried out were the organization of conferences to learn about the sustainability challenges of the African hotel sector with the help of the country’s hotel association and companies in the water sector, networking activities were prepared with pitch presentations on the companies’ innovative technologies and solutions for the water sector and B2B meetings to meet potential collaborators in the cities of Cape Town and Johannesburg. During the mission, meetings were held with ICEX and ACCIÓ offices and virtual meetings were organized between South African companies and CWP partners that did not participate in the mission.
