The session on the management of the intellectual property of the R & D allows to share knowledge and real cases between companies

This session is part of the cycle of innovation days organized by the clusters.

The Barcelona Design Center (Design Hub Barcelona, ​​Plaza de las Glòries), hosted the second session of the cycle of innovation days organized by the clusters, which was aimed at the management of intellectual property R & D.

The day began with presentations by specialists who explained how to protect innovation, which involved the service companies Herrero & Asociados (Mr. Jordi Lorenzo), Barceló Abogados (Mrs. Teresa Barceló) and Ponti (Mr. Josep Maria Pujals).

During the session, it was also possible to share intellectual and industrial protection strategies to understand how to collaborate between institutions and research centers and industry, with the participation of the Biomedical Research Institute of Bellvitge (IDIBIELL).

Finally, cases were visualized, where participating companies of the clusters shared their experiences, among them the one of Joana Tobella of CETAQUEA-SUEZ, partner of the CWP, Ferrer Internacional (Mr. Alfredo Fernández), Brudy Technology (Mr. Francesc Gassó), Perpectiva (Mr. Marco Real), QUADPACK (Mr. Alex San Miguel) and Ecopol Tech and Cementos Molins (Mr. José Rocas and Mr. Jordi Altet) who explained how intellectual property management works.

The next sessions that will take place will be on how to finance R & D and the last one on who is who of the R + D + i in Catalonia. The conferences are organized by 13 clusters members of the Catalonia Clusters program, in which more than 2,000 companies from different ecosystems participate.
