El projecte facilitarà la reducció del 30% del consum d’aigua i el reaprofitament del 100% de l’aigua depurada.

ADASA (enginyeria especialitzada en el sector de l’aigua), E21 (enginyeria especialitzada en dosificació), Hinojosa (fabricant de cartró ondulat) i les Agrupacions Empresarials Innovadores CWP (cluster agua) i Packaging Cluster  (clúster envàs i embalatge), han portat a terme un projecte d’R+D per a la millora d’ús i control de l’aigua residual generada en fàbrica així com en el procés de fabricació i impressió de tintes.

La planta en qüestió ha estat la fàbrica d’Hinojosa situada a Pacs del Penedès (Barcelona), que ha millorat tant la part de monitorització i control de l’aigua, mitjançant sistemes de sensorització, així com l’optimització en la fabricació de tintes, millorant així la seva procés productiu mitjançant eines relacionades en l’àmbit de la indústria 4.0.

El projecte permès automatitzar el sistema de depuració d’aigües, per facilitar la seva reutilització de l’aigua i optimitzar al seu torn el procés de fabricació de tintes, amb l’objectiu de generar un abocament 0 a la planta.

Aquest projecte permetrà reduir el consum d’aigua de la planta en un 30% i reaprofitar la totalitat de l’aigua depurada. A més, es reduirà el 10% de la generació actual de residu sòlid de tinta.

El projecte d’R+D ha estat finançat pel Ministerio de Industria, Comercio y Turismo dins de la línia d’Agrupaciones Empresariales Innovadoras, amb l’objectiu de millorar la competitivitat de les pimes i del teixit industrial mitjançant l’aplicació de tecnologies de la indústria 4.0.

ADASA (engineering specialized in the water sector), E21 (specialized engineering in dosing), Hinojosa (corrugated board manufacturer) and the Innovative Business Groups CWP (water cluster) and Packaging Cluster (cluster container and packaging), have carried out an R + D + I project to improve the use and control of wastewater generated in the factory as well as in the process of manufacturing and printing inks.

The plant in question has been the Hinojosa factory located in Pacs del Penedés (Barcelona), which has improved both the monitoring and control of water by means of sensorization systems, as well as the optimization in the manufacture of inks, thus improving its productive process through related tools in the field of industry 4.0.

The project allowed to automate the water purification system, to facilitate its reuse of water and to optimize the inks manufacturing process, in order to generate a waste or in the plant.

This project will reduce the water consumption of the plant by 30% and reuse all the purified water. In addition, 10% of the current generation of solid ink waste will be reduced.

The R & D project has been financed by the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Tourism within the line of Innovative Business Groups, with the aim of improving the competitiveness of SMEs and industrial fabric through the application of industry technologies 4.0 .
