El CWP participa al Next Society a Tunísia

The NEXT SOCIETY project with European funding is intended to promote the relationship between European countries and the MENA geographical region (Middle East and North Africa). The CWP cluster manager, Xavier Amores, is participating in this project as a mentor to an emerging Moroccan manager cluster that includes companies in the textile sector, with a strong specialization in jeans production. On January 29 and 30, there was a meeting within the framework of the Tech Days in Tunisia with the participation of about 50 clusters in both areas. These meetings have led to the exploration of European funding opportunities such as PRIMA, H2020 or INTERREG-MED calls, among others, and in particular to new opportunities for cooperation with these countries in R&D and business development. The CWP has held meetings with clusters, research centers, start-ups and universities in Morocco, Tunisia, Algeria and Egypt among others, both with multisectoral business associations and with all types of agro-food, environment or energy.
