2 juny – Current and future perspectives in R&D related to the identification of SARS-COV2 in wastewater – Live-streamed discussion

The IDRA (Institut de Recerca de l’Aigua) of the University of Barcelona (UB) together with the Catalan Water Partnership (CWP) is organising a debate on Current and future perspectives in R&D related to the identification of SARS-COV2 in wastewater on 2 June at 12:00.

The welcome will be given by Lluís Ridao, Director of the Catalan Water Agency (ACA), Dr. Jordi García Fernández, Vice-Rector of Research of the University of Barcelona (UB), Dr. Miquel Vidal Espinar, Dean of the Faculty of Chemistry and Jordi Cros, President of CWP. The debate will be moderated by Xavier Amores, Director of the Catalan Water Partnership.

The following speakers will take part in the debate Marc Moliner, Head of the Strategy and Regulation Department of the Sanitation Area of the Catalan Water Agency (ACA), Lluís Corominas, Scientific Researcher in the Technology and Evaluation Area of the Catalan Institute for Water Research (ICRA), Gabriel Anzaldi, Director of Scientific and Technological Development at Eurecat, Rosina Gironès, Director of the research group at the University of Barcelona (UB), Rosa Maria Pinto, PhD in Biology at the University of Barcelona (UB) and Carlos Montero, Technical Director of Cetaqua.
